SEEKING ADOLESCENTS Aged 15 to 19 and affected by Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1)

We are currently seeking Canadian adolescents, aged 15 to 19, affected by NF1
who wish to participate in an online research project on:

THE IMPACTS OF NF1 ON THE LIVES OF ADOLESCENTS

The objective of this study is to have adolescents suffering from NF1 help us to better
understand their needs and concerns involving: 1) the medical aspects of NF1, 2) its impact
on their social and private lives and 3) intergenerational dialogue.

If you are a Canadian adolescent affected by NF1 and you are between the ages of 15 and 19,
